This concept consist of two steps

A centralized intercompany matching tool where all opco’s can input their outstanding balances via intra/internet and match ‘live’ their inter company accounts with the counterparts, before they report the financial data

A dynamic Inter company matching report which makes it possible to match quickly the outstanding balances after the opco’s have reported their financial reporting to the division / Head quarter. This report makes it possible to send directly an attached E-mail with the outstanding inter company balances to the responsible person.
